Dehradun.Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated three days National Seminar of principals and teachers organized by Principal Progressive School Association in Pestle Weed College Dehradun on Thursday. Addressing the event Chief Minister Shri Trivendra said that education was not only related to employment but it must have strong ethical base. Education should instill positive thinking among the students. We should be hopeful and confident to achieve any goal in life. Creative ethical approach is necessary in life. A good education stresses on co-existence and reciprocality. To ensure the overall development of society we need to tag along with weaker sections of the society. This is only possible due to improved educational system. Chief Minister added that India has always been trailblazer in education sector. As higher will be our educational level as fast we will develop as a Nation and State.
Secondary Education DG Capt. Alok Shekhar Tiwari said that one-one modern schools were being developed in every block of the State to ensure speedy development of education sector. CSR Cell has been constituted in schools to provide basic facilities. Skill development and vocational education is being focused particularly to make education employment oriented in the State. Computer education, life skill development, yoga, ethics and spiritual education is too being emphasized for multifaceted development of education.
